    Disable force password change feature

    Publisher: Psychz Networks May 06,2022

By default, the dashboard is designed to disqualify your login password. This is a security measure known as password expiration which triggers every 730 days. This means that your password will no longer be valid, and you will be forced to change it.

By default, this feature is enabled for all users. However, this can be disabled in just three simple steps.

Step 1: Go to "My Account" using the navigation bar placed on the left of your dashboard.

Step 2: Click on "Settings" under the "My Account" menu to go to the page where you can edit the Force Password Update preference.

Step 3: Click on the toggle button to disable/enable the Password Update feature, which triggers every 730 days.

Note: For security purposes, it is highly recommended to keep this feature enabled.
