An invoice is an itemized document that will give insight into the services you have availed, the total amount due or paid towards the services, and the preferred payment method.
Each invoice also contains your payment history, account balance (prior and current), total outstanding, and due date.
Filter
The filter offers accessibility to the desired service by narrowing down the list. It comes in handy when you have many invoices on your list. You can access this functionality by clicking on the funnel icon on the screen's top right-hand corner named "Filter." You can narrow your search using three filter options:
- Invoice number
- Status
- Service ID
You can select multiple filters at once.
Column Manager
The 'Manage Column' button allows you to expand or narrow down the details of your service listing by selecting or de-selecting the columns from the given list. To access this feature, click on the two-column icon next to the Filter icon in the top right corner of your screen.
