Under ‘Configuration,’ the billing cycle is set to 1 Month by default. The service location is preset to Los Angeles, CA. You have the option to adjust the storage size based on your needs. The standard offering is 15 GB, complimentary as part of an introductory promotion, and can be expanded up to 4 TB for an additional fee.
Finalize Your Order
Click ‘Continue’ and then ‘Place Order’ to finalize the deployment. You will receive an order confirmation with the details of your purchase. The processing time for your order typically ranges from 15 to 60 minutes.
Create Block Storage
Go to ‘Tools’ -> ‘Block Storage’ to access the dedicated page for creating Block Storage. Click ‘Create Block Storage’ and fill in the details to set up your first Block Storage unit.
- For ‘Storage Type,’ choose ‘Block Storage’ from the dropdown menu.
- ‘Device ID’ should list the storage device service you previously deployed. Select the appropriate device.
