Any restrictions on sending/receiving email? Is mass emailing allowed?  How do you handle IP abuse?

We allow emails on our network but we have zero tolerance for abuse. By default, the ports are not blocked but if you plan to send a lot of emails, you will need to contact us to make sure you are able to deliver emails without any issues.

All mass emailing require double opt-in and the must abide by US CAN-SPAM laws. Failure to abide by the rules will lead to automatic suspension of the IP. Furthermore, you are not allowed to buy email lists and mass email them.

All email abuse is taken very seriously. If we receive any abuse on the IP, you will be asked to resolve the issue within 24 hours. If you fail to solve the issue, your IP will be nulled and service will be suspended.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email our sales department and we would love to answer your questions.
