datacenter cooling

What kind of cooling technology is being utilized at the datacenter?  Is there a specific temperature for the datacenter?

We utilize multiple CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units at our data center.  To make sure we have backup, we have 2 units that are always standing by incase of failure.  To make sure all cold air is being used by the servers, we utilize cold row containment where all cold air is contained and utilized by the server only.  This leads to better cooling and efficiency at our datacenter.
