This is quite an easy thing to do using a WHM. You can do this in simply 5 easy steps. Please follow the guideline below

Step 1

Log into your WHM account with the following URL opened in a browser.

https:// yourserverip:2087 or https://yourhostname:2087 (where 'yourserverip' / 'yourhostname' is accually your server name/creds)

Please login as root and your password.

Step2

Once you have the dashboard in front of you, click on the 'Account Functions' option in the left-hand menu. You can also see it on the main page in front of you.

Step 3

Click on the 'Password Modification' tool. This can be done either from the left menu or the main panel.

Step 4

Select the account you wish to change the password for.

Step 5

Enter the new password in the Password field.

(Note: You can also use a generator to generate a password for you. However, you need to be sure to write it down as you won't be able to see it again after you leave this page.)

Step 6

Click on the Change Password button to save the new password.
