Psychz Networks provide a tiered discount system under which you can avail discounts up to 25 percent depending on the package (Silver | Gold | Platinum) you choose.
To become a reseller with us, you just have to fulfill the following requirements.
- Be responsible for your client’s Support (under self-managed package), Billing & Accounting, and Customer Service
- Have a business website with verifiable contact information
- Handle Abuse, DMCA and SPAM complaints promptly and efficiently
- Have no past due balances with Psychz Networks
- Minimum 5 active devices
Depending on what type of service you choose (Managed or Self-Managed) we offer support to you or your clients. If you choose for a "Managed" service, in case of any issue, you can open a ticket to our support team and they will be glad to help you round the clock i.e. 24 x 7. In the case of "Self-Managed" service, our team will help you with initial setup followed by regular services limited to basic issues like rebooting your server, help you with IP assignments, etc. Rest of the issues like reloading of a server or installations of third party applications or a driver needs to be taken care of by you or your support engineer. Yes, you need to have a registered company (LTD/LLC or an individual) to become Psychz's reseller.
Apart from support, we provide you with full API access that will allow you to manage your servers, submit orders, get device details, create IPMI sessions, invoices, payments, DDoS reporting, Edgelayer rules and much more.
