A quarter rack colocation, sometimes called a ¼ Rack, refers to a rack which typically holds 10U (U - Units). In some of the cases it can also hold up to 12U but 10 being the standard globally. The overall size of a quarter rack is roughly 1.5 feet.

As a part of our Colocation service, we shall be providing you the PDUs. We have a standard type of PDUs that we provide to all our customers. In case you are specifically looking for a type of PDU then you may have to check with our sales team and they shall guide you if it can be made available or you need to procure it on your own.

If you're collocating one or two servers, a switch is usually not required. But since you are going for a quarter rack, we request you to send in a switch to handle the additional network ports required for connectivity.

For further assistance please contact our Sales team by writing us at sales@psychz.net.
