Depending on what type of service you choose (Managed or Self-Managed) we offer support to you and your clients. If you choose for a "Managed" service, In case of any issue, you can open a ticket to our support team and they will be glad to help you round the clock i.e. 24 x 7.
In the case of "Self-Managed" service, our team will help you with basic issues like rebooting your server or services, help you with IP assignments, etc. Rest of the issues like reloading of a server or loading of a driver needs to be taken care by you or your support engineer.
