¿Cómo manejan las comunicaciones basadas en la DMCA (nunca hemos tenido uno, sólo quiero saber su proceso)?

Hi!

All DMCA notices are taken seriously when they are submitted to our abuse department.  If we receive a DMCA notice regarding an IP address that is hosting illegal content, we will null that ip right away.

We will not take the whole server offline.  We will only be going after the IP that is hosting the content.

We are currently working on the option of simply nulling the domain name only when DMCA requests are made, so this way the abuser will not move to other IP on the same network.

For more information, you can write to us at  sales@psychz.net or contact us on 800-933-1517 (US and Canada) and 626-549-2801(International).
