Yes, we do offer customer-controlled rDNS (reverse DNS), with an access-approval step to help prevent abuse.

How it works

  • Customer-controlled rDNS is available for cMetal devices only.

  • First-time access must be requested and enabled from the dashboard. Once approved, you can freely create and delete rDNS entries for that device.

How to access rDNS Management

  1. Log in to the Psychz Dashboard:
    https://www.psychz.net/dashboard/client/web/

  2. Navigate to: Dashboard > Services/Devices

  3. Click your Device ID to open the device management page.

  4. Click “rDNS Management”.

  5. If this is your first time, click Request Access. After access is granted, you will be able to manage rDNS entries (create/delete) as needed.

If you have any issues locating the option in the dashboard or need assistance with the initial access request, please let us know and we will help.
