Który z nich jest tani - chmura lub serwer dedykowany? Który z nich zapewni lepszą wydajność w przypadku bazy danych?

This is one of the most arguable topics among the IT infrastructure teams. To or Not to go for a “Cloud Server” in comparison to a  “Dedicated Server”.

Scalability is one reason while using a Cloud Server that gives you better performance if your database is ever growing. There will be unplanned scenarios where your database might grow ten times faster than you imagine. In such case, you may run out of storage sooner than you think. You may also need to upgrade your memory and probably the cores to process the bigger data faster.

With a cloud server you can increase or decrease resources like computing cores, RAM, and storage, as per your requirement. With a cloud you have unlimited resources at your disposal.
A dedicated server is its own collection of hardware. Hence scaling of resources is a bit difficult and time consuming task.
