Currently there is no cost to receive and rack colocation servers. However, you must pay for the shipping cost when sending the server to our los angeles datacenter.
Yes, you can deliver the server to our datacenter and our techs will rack the server for you. Rails must be provided with the server.
If you are shipping out servers from our datacenter, there is a $25 fee per box + shipping + 10% of shipping invoice. You can avoid the 10% of shipping invoice by using your own shipping account for billing or provide us with the shipping lables to use for the boxes.
