How to obtain login information of your dedicated server in client area?

Publisher: Psychz Networks,  January 05,2015

Step 1: You can access the client dashboard area from the following link https://www.psychz.net/client/login

Step 2: Once you are logged in, you can see your dashboard where you can see multiple options to manage your devices and services.

Step 3: Please scroll to the bottom of the page and look for "My Device" section.

Step 4: Click on the device ID that you wish to manage

Step 5: Once the device page loads, you will see device information along with device metadata.  Under "Device Metadata" section, you will see "server credential" section.  Here you will see the server IP, server login, and server password.

Step 6: To view the server password, you will need to click on "Click to view".   You will need to enter your client area password and once confirmed, you will see the server password that you can use to log into your server.

  • If you have a Linux operating system, you can use Putty or SecureCRT to log into your server.
  • If you have a Windows operating system, you can use the remote desktop connection to log into the server desktop.
    • Open Remote Desktop Connection by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Remote Desktop Connection, and then, in the list of results, click Remote Desktop Connection.
