I play MC servers.

I see this in my tracert and wonder why your services time out for me but not for others.

I am wondering why I can't connect while everyone else I'm in a TS with can.

If it matters I log in a ton of accounts usually so I have alot of connections open at once. (This is completely normal for me :P )  Around ~30 active socket connections.  I get to 20 and boom DC'd timed out and rekt.  I can't do my job as staff with your services not connecting the server's IP.  Please fix this. Many players are having this issue.

Hello Brendan or client of his.

This issue appears to be a routing problem that will require a support ticket to be open to our support department. Unfortunately we cannot assist you here with this matter because this is more of an internal issue that will require customer authentication before we can proceed with the help.
