  • Dedicated Database Server

Would it be wise to put Mariadb on a dedicated server instead of putting it on the same server as the application?  Would it cause latency issues if I get 2 dedicted servers where one is for the application and another will behave as a database server only?

If you use two dedicated  servers one for application and one for database your data will be more secure. Also, the dedicated server for application would have less load on its processor and a lot of resources at its service. Both the servers would work more efficiently. As far as the latency between the two servers is concerned, we could set up a private network between the two servers using private IP. The effect of the private network would be that you would get seamless connectivity between the two servers uninterrupted by the external servers.

We provide a wide range of dedicated servers and customize it as per requirement. Just mention your details and get a quote from our team.
