I cant decide dedicated server or vps.  I was comparing vps packages on https://www.photonvps.com/linux.html and would like to know if dedicated is best if looking for 32 GB of RAM.  Will dedicated offer better CPU performance compared to VPS?

Yes dedicated server will offer better CPU performance as all the resources of a dedicated server are utilized only for your purposes. Whereas, in a vps the resources are shared and you are completely dependent on other users. Choosing dedicated server or vps solely depends on the purpose you need it for and the amount of processor load you are expecting to handle. It also depends on the density of traffic incident on your server on a daily basis. For 32 GB RAM please go through our dedicated options as well to get a clear understanding.
