  • Hardware Based Firewall Solution

Is your edgealyer ACL a hardware based firewall solution?  We are looking to create rules and would like to control the traffic flow before it even hits our servers on the network.  Is there a rule limit per device?

Our protection system is designed to protect your server from any kind of attack (TCP/UDP/ICMP, etc) using our in-house built, highly capable, hardware-based firewall. You can create special rules for a certain type of traffic coming from a known source, or if you want to ensure higher security limiting further then you can create special rules via "edgelayer". Our edgelayer ACL will allow you to create rules to control the traffic from specific sources.  You can control traffic by source IP, source port, destination IP, destination port, protocol, etc.  You also have the ability to rate limit or discard the traffic.

Yes, there is a limit to creating rules for each device. The first 10 rules are free per device. Any further addition will lead to an additional charge for every 10 rules per device which will be billed to you automatically at the end of your subscription date.

For more information, write to our sales team with your requirement and they will be more than glad to suggest you the right thing that meets your budget and requirement. You can get in touch with our sales team at 800-933-1517 or write to sales@psychz.net
