Since we manage close to 400,000+ IP's on our network, it is possible for an hacker to get access to a machine or even a spammer to slip through the system and setup an account. The best to report spam is by emailing us directly at email@example.com and provide us with the logs for the spam and we will look into it right away. Typically, after we receive a spam report, we can stop the spam within 24 hours. If the client responsible fails to take any action, we will null the IP to prevent any outgoing spam.
You can follow the steps below -
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. In the subject line use the following format "IP Abuse 12.456.56.79". Please replace the Ip with the correct IP address that is sending spam
3. In the body, please provide us with the logs or header of the email.
4. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to resolve the issue. You will be updated via email on the actions we take at our end.
