There is currently no minimum service commitment for our colocation packages. You are welcome to cancel the service anytime.
We are extremely confident in our network and services. Therefore, we currently don't offer any refund option or money back guarantee. You can be rest assured that you will not be disappointed with our service. If you do encounter any issues, our billing department will work with you and issue you the credit for any unforseen issues.
