Whether it’s a standard OS like Ubuntu 22.04 or Windows Server 2022, or a custom image built with your preferred software stack, cVirtual Image helps you get up and running in no time.
This feature is ideal for developers, system admins, and businesses looking to scale efficiently where cVirtual Image brings speed, flexibility, and convenience to your virtual infrastructure.
Accessing the Service Module
You can view your active services using either of the following methods:

Direct Link: Service Dashboard

Navigation: Service/Devices > Services (from the left-hand sidebar)
Service Overview
Once you're on the Services page, locate the service titled "cVirtual – Image Snapshots" under the list of active services. To explore further details, click on the magnifying glass icon next to this service entry.
1. Service Details
The Service Information tab provides a quick summary of your cVirtual Image service, including:

Details

Compute Type
-
Quantity (number of cVirtual images in use)

Total Monthly Cost
This section helps you stay on top of your resource usage and subscription scale.
2. Billing
The Billing tab displays all billing-related details tied to your cVirtual Image service:

Start Date

Renewal Date

End Date
-
Invoice Status
-
Unpaid or Outstanding Invoices
Use this tab to stay informed about your billing cycle and manage payments effectively.
3. Service Cancellation
You may choose to cancel your cVirtual Image service directly from this section.
Important: Cancelling the service will delete all existing images permanently. Cancellation cannot proceed if any of your images are in one of the following states: 'In-progress', 'Saving', 'Pending'.
In such cases, you’ll receive a message prompting you to retry later or contact our Support Team for assistance.
