Depending on your specific power requirements, we offer a variety of circuit capacities including 20A/120V | 30A/120V | 20A/208V | 30A/208V. However, 80 % of the power is usable and the rest 20% is reserved. For example, a 20A/120V circuit provides 16A of usable power. By default, you get a 1Gbps port uplink which can be upgraded to 10Gbps if required. We have a power SLA with a promise of 100% power uptime. If we fail to meet our SLA, we will provide 5% credit for every 30 minutes downtime. For your assistance, our data center techs are standing by 24/7 to assist you with remote hand requests.
