At all our Data Centers we deploy a 20A/120V circuit, that's 2400watts of pure power. You can opt for 2 x 20a circuits if that is your requirement and we shall provide you the same. We have a standard type of PDUs that we provide to all our customers. In case you are specifically looking for a type of PDU then you may have to check with our sales team and they shall guide you if it can be made available or you need to procure it on your own. Yes, our PDUs are capable of remote reboots. We also have our remote hands team standing by for you in case you need any power shutdown or reboot request related to your cabinet.
Depending on your specific power requirements, we offer a variety of circuit capacities:
20A/120V | 30A/120V | 20A/208V | 30A/208V
However, 80 % of the power is usable and the rest 20% is a reserve. For example, a 20A/120V circuit provides 16A of usable power.
We also provide you 1Gbps port uplink which can be upgraded to 10Gbps if required.
Yes, we have power SLA with a promise of 100% power uptime. If we fail to meet our SLA, we will provide 5% credit for every 30 minutes downtime.
