With our colocation services, we offer free remote hands that include services such as 24/7 reboots, button pushing, screen readouts, external device attachment/movement (CDROM, KVMIP, Adapters, etc), hot-swap HDD replacements/additions, hot/cold-swappable PSUs, blade server additions.

However, you can also opt for Advanced support called as Advanced remote Hands. You can visit our website and view all the services we offer and choose from them. The pricing will be dependant on the services you avail from us.

Our remote hands service is $85/hour. If you need any work done such as HDD replcement, managing/moving of cables etc, please contact our support department.
