Our packages also include managed colocation, VRRP, BGP session, GRE Tunnel, and Anycast addon. Our Managed colocation service includes remote hands services as well. We do not charge for initial server racking/cabling. However, there are additional remote Hands fees for OS / Network Configuration, etc. Following is the list of support offered (both Free and Paid) by our Remote hands.

Per Case/Event Remote Hands Fees:
- OS Installation / Network Config $15
- Internal Storage Modification $25
- RAM Add/Remove/Re-Seating $25
- Motherboard Replacement $25
- PSU Swap/Troubleshoot $25
- Outbound Package Handling $25
- De-Racking Service Per Device $75 (or General Hourly Rate For Multiple Devices)
- (Shipping Charges Not Included)
- (Does not include box, cushioning or foam)
- General Hourly Rate $130/Hour (Billed in 30 Minute Increments)
