- What kind of support do you guys offer?

- What is your average support response time?
We have a dedicated support team and certified engineers on site 24/7 to resolve any issue pertaining to your service quickly. Our official average response time is 30 mins but we can assure you that our technical team is prompt enough to attend your queries in no time.
- Is your DDoS protection 24/7 always on?
Our DDoS protection levels fight attacks 24/7. Once the attacks reach our network, we apply Access Control List Rules ( ACLs) blocking traffic at the edge of our network. The second stage of mitigation involves inspecting and analyzing each packet ensuring no malicious or service disrupting traffic makes it through to our clients.
On the other hand, our 24/7 monitoring team are highly alert when it comes to protecting your service against DDoS.
- Will you null IP under DDoS attack?
All our servers come with free 20 Gbps DDoS protection and custom DDoS protection rules to protect you against attacks. You can order up to 500 Gbps protection anytime.
Your IP will not be nulled as long as the attack size is below the protection level you subscribe for. But in case the attack is larger than your subscription, your IP will be nulled temporarily until the attack subsides.
- How long is the support response if there is a hardware failure?
Our 24/7 monitoring team keeps a check on your service all the time including the hardware status on your machines. For any hardware-related failure, our support team will coordinate with the DC team to replace the hardware. Depending on the hardware available in the inventory, any hardware failure issue should be fixed within 45 mins.
- Do you have any network test tool?
Yes, you can perform Network test on our server locations.
