Is ALL hardware placed on redundant or backup power? (i.e., our server, your switches & routers, etc)

Yes we utilize both battery backup and generator backup at our datacenter. Therefore, if there is a power failure the battery backup will ensure a smooth transition to generator backup without any form of downtime.

On top of the that, we have backup AC units standing by in case if the main AC system fails. This will allow us to offer continuous cooling if one or two of the AC systems fail at the same time.
