You need not have to worry about the port utilization as every port is truly dedicated to each server. This allows you to fully utilize the port speed depending on the bandwidth option you choose. It seems that your business requires high data transfer with minimum latency. You may also want to consider looking for higher server configuration that is capable of processing high data transfer with 10Gb port speed. Most importantly, you will have to go for SSD (Solid State Drives) instead of regular HDDs. These drives are 10x much faster than the HDDs and allows faster data writing and reading capability.
