What is the difference between dedicated server and private cloud?  Why should i use a dedicated server instead of going with a private cloud provider?

With dedicated server hosting, you get the hardware totally dedicated for your online applications. Dedicated servers hosting additionally guarantee better speed and improved security. A dedicated server is appropriate for
organizations that need to oversee huge volumes of information on their online applications.

Private cloud is a type of cloud computing that delivers similar advantages to the public cloud, including scalability and self-service, but through a proprietary architecture. Unlike public clouds, which deliver services to multiple organizations, a private cloud is dedicated to a single organization.

You can specify a dedicated account, which means your application is the only one running on a set of particular server and resources. This is also known as a single-tenant solution because each deployment uses dedicated resources.

Why choose dedicated hosting compared to Private cloud?

Dedicated servers are more secure and perform better. You have full control since you know the exact physical location of
your server and you have the technical experts available round the clock to monitor the servers for any glitches.
