Hi! I am a bit confused about the difference between Unix and Linux. Can you help me with the factors that distinguish between the two?

Hi!

We will surely be able to help you with the comparison of Unix and Linux operating systems. There is a lot of confusion between the two operating systems as both are quite similar. Unix was developed much earlier than Linux and was the most prominent operating system for many years. Linux is an Unix-like operating system as it is built on the Unix platform. However, it has evolved leaps and bounce in the last few decades. Please refer to our article on the comparison of the two operating system for a better understanding.
