What is your policy concerning your customers hacking from your network?

If you notice any abuse, please email us the report to abuse@psychz.net with IP address in the subject line and logs in the email body.  Our abuse department will investigate the issue and take necessary steps if the abuse is not stopped within 24 hours.  If the abuse is not stopped, we will null the IP to prevent any outbound connection.

It is very rare that we get a client who will use our services to hack via our network.  We are a US based company and we have zeo tolerance policy for abuse.  The hacking attempts you are seeing are from machines with exploits.  It can be a simple website with a php exploit, virtual private server or any dedicated server that is compromised.
