As a part of our Managed services, cPanel access is one of the services provided along with other support related services. Under this service, we offer you support on cPanel as well as other servers/network related issues round the clock. cPanel is a third-party tool and attracts usage license fee just like Windows OS. Having said that, you also have the liberty to choose "Self-Managed" service, under which, you will have to look after your server management. The support team will deploy your machine once you make a purchase and help you with the initial setup. However, they will not be able to help you with any further application installation, server management, or basic network related issues. Self-Managed service is good if you have your own technical team and you simply want to rent a dedicated server.
If you are new to server management, worry not. You can use our advanced interface called Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI). Just like if you were sitting in that chilly data center with a serial keyboard and mouse plugged in. The IPMI will allow remote management for bios, reboot, shutdown, os install, etc.
